 [News] ประกาศแก้ไขรายละเอียดวันและเวลาการ Pre-Booking สำหรับ Fanclub ชาวไทย

หลังจากประชุมใหญ่กันมาแล้วได้ข้อสรุปว่าการ Pre-Booking บัตรคอนเสิร์ต Generation the 1st Asia tour 'into the new world' live in Bangkok นั้นจะเป็นวันที่ 5 พฤษภาคม 2553 เวลา 9.00 น. และสิ้นสุดวันที่ 11 พฤษภาคม 2553 เวลา 16.00 น.

โดยระบบการจองโดยละเอียดจะเป็นดังนี้

ขั้นตอนที่ 1 : การจองบัตร
1. ผู้ต้องการจองกรอกข้อมูลดังนี้
- ชื่อ-นามสกุล
- โซนที่นั่ง (โซนและราคา)
- จำนวนบัตร (ไม่เกิน 5 ใบโนโซนปกตินั่ง/ยืน ทุกราคา), (สำหรับ VIP 1 ใบต่อครั้ง)
- บัตรประชาชน/บัตรนักศึกษา/นักเรียน
- ที่อยู่
- อีเมลล์
- เบอร์โทรศัพท์
2. ในขั้นตอนนี้ หากผู้จองบัตรกดจองแล้วระบบจะทำการบันทึกข้อมูล พร้อมออกตัวเลขรหัสการจองมาให้ ซึ่งหากผู้ใดไม่มีบัตรประชาชน/นักศึกษา/นักเรียน ระบบจะออก Password
ออกมาให้ควบคู่กันไป พร้อมแจ้งวันเวลาในการโอน และระบบทำการบวก 20 เป็นค่าบริการเข้าไปด้วยต่อใบ เช่นจอง 1 ใบราคา 4,500 บาท + ค่าบริการ 20 เป็น 4,520 บาท หรือ
จอง 5 ใบ 22,500 บาท (4,500x5) + ค่าบริการ 100 บาท (20x5) เป็น 22,600 บาท โดยราคาที่จะออกไปปรากฎนั้นจะทำการบวกเศษสตางค์เข้าไปด้วย เพื่อง่ายแก่การตรวจสอบ
เช่น จอง 1 ใบ ราคา 4,500 + 20 บาท (ค่าบริการ) + 0.13 สตางค์ เป็น 4,520.13 บาท

ขั้นตอนที่ 2 : แจ้งโอนเงิน
1. แบบฟอร์มการกรอกเพื่อแจ้งโอนเงิน
- รหัสการจอง
- วันเวลาที่โอน
- จำนวนเงินที่โอน
2. ในขั้นตอนนี้ เมื่อยืนยันแล้ว ระบบจะตอบตกลงเพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลผู้จองลงไป
3. เมื่อข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บ ผู้ดูแลระบบจะคอยตรวจสอบจำนวนเงินจาก รายชื่อที่ถูกบันทึกเข้ามากับบัญชีธนาคาร เพื่อให้ผู้จองสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะได้ในขั้นตอนที่ 3

ขั้นตอนที่ 3 : ตรวจสอบสถานะ
ขั้นตอนนี้จะมีแบบฟอร์มให้ผู้ที่จองบัตรและทำการแจ้งโอนมาแล้ว ตรวจสอบสถานะดูว่าท่านได้โอนเงินมาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ซึ่งเป็นอีกช่องทางนึงนอกเหนือจากการตรวจสอบจาก Email

หมายเหตุ* หลังจากทำการจองที่นั่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว การโอนเงินจะกระทำหลังจากวันที่จองใน 1 วัน เช่น จองวันที่ 5 เพื่อเอาที่นั่ง แล้วไปโอนเงินได้ในวันถัดไป (วันที่ 6) โดยจะเริ่มโอนได้ตั้งแต่ 9.00น. - 18.00น. โดยก่อนและหลังจากนั้นจะไม่สามารถโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีได้ และต้องมาแจ้งโอนเงินภายในวันที่โอนเงินก่อนเวลา 22.00น. โดยหากเลยกำหนดวันแจ้งโอนเงินแล้ว ระบบจะทำการตัดผู้จองนั้นออกไปทันที และที่นั่งนั้นจะถูกเว้นว่างทันที และการเรียงลำดับที่นั่งนั้นตามวันเวลาที่มีการโอนเข้ามา (โอนเร็วก่อนได้ก่อน) ในขั้นตอนที่ 2 จะมีส่วนของผู้ดูแลระบบคอยจัดการอยู่ด้วย หากไม่ทำตามขั้นตอนทางบริษัทจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไป

ข้อมูลวิธีการจองโดยอธิบายเป็นภาพทุกขั้นตอนจะประกาศทางหน้าเว็บอีกครั้งครับ
