กระทู้สอนเตรียมอุปกรณ์สำหรับทำป้ายไฟ คอนเสิร์ต 2013 Super Joint Concert in Thailand ที่ใกล้จะถึงนี้นะคะ
ทางทีมงานขอรบกวนเพื่อนๆทุกคนที่มีเวลาว่าง ช่วยเตรียมงานครั้งนี้ด้วยการช่วยตัดฟิวเจอร์บอร์ดขนาด A4 จำนวนมาก
เพื่อใช้ในการนำไปทำป้ายไฟค่ะ :) โดยวิธีการทำมีดังนี้

(ภาพตัวอย่างที่ทดลองทำ โดยใช้หลอดไฟเป็นสีเหลือง แต่ของจริงเราใช้สีขาวนะคะ
และลดจำนวนหลอดลงให้เหลือสิบหกหลอด ส่วนภาพที่หลอดไฟติดไม่หมดนั้น มันเป็นช่วงเทสเฉยๆนะคะ..)





ทางทีมงานจะนัดแนะสถานที่ที่ให้ทุกคนนำฟิวเจอร์บอร์ดมาให้ในภายหลัง
ตอนนี้ขอรบกวนให้ทุกคนทยอยทำไปก่อนเลย ถ้ามีความคืบหน้าหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างไรจะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้งนะคะ

อุปกรณ์ที่ต้องมี
1.ฟิวเจอร์บอร์ดสีขาว
2.ไม้บรรทัด
3.กรรไกรหรือคัตเตอร์
4.เข็ม(เข็มเย็บผ้านะคะ เบอร์ปกติ ไม่ต้องใหญ่)
5.ปากกาหรือดินสอเอาไว้ขีดเส้
5.กระดาษ A4


เริ่ม! :)

วิธีทำ

1.ตัดฟิวเจอร์บอร์ดเป็นขนาด A4
2.นำกระดาษA4มาพับแบ่งครึ่งตามแนวนอน ทั้งหมดสามทบ
(A4พับกลางแนวนอนเป็น A5 > พับกลางอีกครั้ง > และอีกครั้ง) จนได้ตามรูป


3.คลี่ออก พับแบ่งครึ่งตามแนวตั้ง ทั้งหมดสามครั้งเช่นกัน
เมื่อคลี่ออกมาอีกครั้งจะได้ดังรูป (จะเป็นรอยพับสี่เหลี่ยมเล็กขนาด 8x8)


4.มาร์กจุดไว้ ดังภาพบนนะคะ
(ตามแนวนอน - จะเริ่มจากจุดตัดจุดแรก > เว้นไปทางขวาสองช่อง มาร์กอีกจุด รวมทั้งสิ้นสี่จุด)
(ตามแนวตั้ง - เริ่มจากจุดตัดจุดแรกเช่นกัน > เว้นลงด้านล่างสองช่อง มาร์กอีกจุด รวมทั้งสิ้นสี่จุด)
จำนวนจุดทั้งหมดจะเป็นสิบหกจุดนะคะ

5.จากจุดที่เรามาร์กไว้ ใช้เข็มเจาะรูสองรูห่างกัน 2.5 mm. (ตามภาพ) ทั้งหมดสิบหกจุด
เอาไว้เสียบขาหลอด LED ค่ะ



6.นำกระดาษA4ที่ทำไว้ ไปทาบฟิวเจอร์บอร์ดขนาดเท่า A4 แล้วเจาะรูตามที่จุดที่เจาะไว้ค่ะ

แต่คิดว่าสายไฟตามบ้านน่าจะหนาไปนะคะ อยากได้บางๆกว่านั้น แบบสามารใช้พันขา LED ได้โดยง่ายอ่ะค่ะ
